I tried on 40+ dresses. Never got “the one” feeling, so I just went with what felt most comfortable.

@MrsD2Be:  I tried on about 10. I had picked one out online that I really, really loved. I tried on a bunch of others first and waited until the end to try on my ‘dream’ dress. I ended up loving it and thats the one I got. I did have a ‘feeling’ but I didn’t cry or anything. I felt like dress shopping was fun and exhausting all at the same time. I can’t imagine the girls who try on 30+!

Ummmm… well over 50! It took me forever and I ended up getting a second dress after I changed my mind on the first.

37

But I loved every minute of it.

I didn’t ever cry about a dress, but found one that was exactly what I wanted, so I bought it. I did cry at my hair trial, though! I loooove the style she created for me. I guess i’m more of a hair person.

Around 10, give or take. I think my dress was #7 and I really loved it. Tried on a few more and then put it back on and didn’t want to take it off. I teared up and just knew it was what I was going to wear on my wedding day.

1!

I knew the style I was looking for and had been browsing around Craigslist. I found an add and my jaw hit the floor. I knew that it was my dress. I went and tried it on and, yep, that was it! So in love plus it was 1/4 the price that the girl paid for it. Score for me!

I don’t know the exact number…but I only had one appointment, it lasted somewhere between an hour and an hour and a half, so maybe like…ten-ish? I had no interest whatsoever in having a second appointment (I’m not a fan of shopping in general) so I chose the one I thought I looked sexiest in of those ten and left, lol. Trying on over 50 dresses is literally my idea of hell.

Over 100. I had commitment issues. In the end though I think I picked the 3rd dress I tried on.

16 dresses! the last one was ‘the dress’ and yes i did have that feeling and teared up! Did not think that I was going to get that feeling bc the other dresses although some were beautiful, i was not feeling like a bride…when i tried on the one i felt like a bride and was able to visualize myself walking down the aisle, I felt like ‘me’ in the dress. Did you get your dress? or still looking?

I tried on 3! Then I bought my dress online instead lol. Speaking of which, I’ve been checking fed ex every 10 minutes since saturday! My dress will be here friday, but what if it comes early, it feels like christmas and I’m having butterflies and trouble concentrating haha.

I tried on 7 (including the one that I could barely pull over my hips. Did I mention that I hate fit and flare?). I ended up buying the first one I tried on.
