Okay, for facial care ive been using cocoa butters skincare facial scrub (the one with micro beads) at night and sometimes in the morning to wake up. Ive been using the nightly moisturising cream (in the tub) as a night cream and its amazing.
Ive been using over the counter teeth whitening oroducts for about two months, and theres definitely a difference, but they take time so dont bother if you like a month out.
Then for daytime ive been using greens simple moisturizer with SPF because i have dry skin easily. Ive also been taking zinc tablets every evening, and am going to start with omega threes in the coming weeks.
for hair i was using schwarscoff argon oil spray, but its given me bad dandruff so ive stopped and am opting to try out a home hair mask of coconut butter, honey and peppermint essence. Tis does WONDERS for dry hair. Speaking of hair i am getting permanent extensions put in in the coming weeks, as i made the mistake of chopping it all off 6months ago, and now want it back LOL. Ive stopped dying my hair, and am just having one last dye job about 3 weeks out to rectify any regrowth issues (i just went from bleach blonde to my natural brunette, and the brunette colour is too light for my natural hair).
ive been using vitamin E moitrutizer on my hands and after shaving my legs etc to keeo my skin hydrated, and i work with alot of chemicals that dry my skin, so ive been trying to grow my nails and get back my damaged skin, but i think this will happen alot in the three weeks ive taken off before the big day.
my wedding is barefoot so ive booked a mani pedi for a week out of the wedding as well as a full wax, and a facial scrub just incase.
im making sure i drink heaps of water, and have switched to filtered only. ive made sure immgetting atleast 8 hours of sleep, and i average about 9 to make sure.
once a week i take a day with no makeup whatsoever to let my skin breathe, and am skipping carbs starting 10weeks out from the wedding (next week).
ive been on and off with an excersise routine, but have been doing HIIT training and weights and will continue until the big day, and possibly add yoga if theres time.
PHEW! The things we do for this day huh?
