SisterJude: for work: quick oat meal instant – greek yogurt-or greek yogurt/apple/granola- or just a couple boiled eggs ;P my friend loves boiled eggs with hummus. i also love and keep a ton of granola bars, nuts, and aussie bites at work.
at home: frog on a basket or whatever they call it. an egg fried inside a piece of toast. i love toast!! when i work out and come home i have time to make this before work. i also made quiche this weekend and ate it the next day. i normally dont like eggs heated up but quiche always still tastes great to me the next day.

I’m the same; total sweet tooth, but not for breakfast.
I have a latte followed by a little bag of cashews and almonds on my commute. An apple also sometimes. Filling, easy and tasty.

Breakfast potatoes (cubes of potato, onions, green or red sweet bell pepper) – cook them in your skillet the night before and microwave them in the morning – or if you are near a place called Corner Bakery, buy an order to go!
Or a nitrate free chicken apple or sweet Italian sausage made by Hans on a bun…
Or just a cold sandwich – turkey, roast beef or cheddar jack With some honeycup mustard, lettuce and tomato…
Leftover piece of homemade roast chicken…

When I’m running out the door I throw a whole wheat bagel in the toaster and put some garden (veggie) cream cheese on it. You can get the bagel thins if you are looking for something low cal. whole wheat plus veggie cream cheese is breakfast but not really sweet, pretty savory- very fast.

I’m a commute breakfast-on-the-goer too! Since you dontlike sweet, here are some of my favorite savory breakfasts: (i’m a huge fan of meal-prepping so this makes things easier!):
all time favorite: http://paleomg.com/meat-crust-quiche/ cut into pie pieces after you cook it, wrap in foil and eat on the way…or make into muffin tins for even faster on the go-ness (http://paleomg.com/breakfast-on-the-go-sausage-egg-cups/) . you can mix & match veggies/potatoes in there and it doesnt smell liek cook egg when you re-heat before you leave (also good cold!)

toast + avocado slightly smashed onto toast w/a pinch of salt & sprinkle of red pepper flake

Peanut butter on toast, fruit bagel w/ cream cheese spread are my go-tos. I also have mini boxes of cereal at my desk if I forgot to eat something, or if I need a little pick me up!

Oatmeal with pb mixed in. Or with a piece of chocolate mixed in!
English muffin sandwich with cheddar, deli ham, and Apple slice.
Cinnamon raisin English muffin sandwich with deli turkey, avocado and Apple slice. (Sounds odd, but I love it!)
Frozen waffle wrapped around a turkey sausage (from frozen). I like to add a little jam too, but that might be to sweet for you.
Hard boiled egg mashed up well with a little avocado, spread on toast.
