It’s 68 sitting here now, so I’d guess my RESTING resting heart rate (first thing in the am, before I get out of bed) would be closer to 63-65ish?

Back in my distance running days it was a bit under 50.  I doubt I’ll be seeing that number again anytime soon!

I just took mine twice and I got 79 and 81. But I have Postitional Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) which basically means that my heart rate goes up if I’m in any position other than laying down. I usualy to have problems with fainting when I was younger, but that resolved when my doctor put me on a high salt diet.

Mine is at 75 right now which is  surprising as it’s typically closer to 60. I guess I also feel a little weird taking my pulse at my desk so maybe that’s why…
