I’m a 3.75-4 and 5’4

I went into a jewellers the other day to make sure, because I couldn’t remember. She took one look at me, and said ‘THAT’S NOT A 4!” in a super snarky tone. I gave her a ring that I wear on my right hand ring finger–which fits on my ring finger- she slipped it onto the measure-stick and says quietly… “oh, it’s 3.75”.

Why why do people have to be so knowitall/bitchy. >_<

Do other ladies with itty fingers find that larger rings look ridiculous? I tried on a cushion cut green amythest (sooo pretty) with a halo of diamonds around it— and you couldn’t see my finger underneathe– it looked ridiculous. I also tried on my mother’s 3 stone engagement ring (she has size 7) and the side diamonds were hanging off the sides.

I’m 5’6 and 4.25 ring size.  I can’t wear large rings without looking like a kid playing in her mom’s jewelry box.  Anything with side stones has to be carefully picked out to make sure they don’t end up too far on the sides of my finger.

I didn’t even know my real size until recently.  FI got my engagement ring in a 5 because that’s what I thought I was and I had to wear a little rubber sizer on it until I could get it resized.  I only have one other gold ring and the rest are silver that were marked as “5” when I got them.  Most cheaper stuff doesn’t even come in less than a 5, so I thought that’s about what my size was.  Turns out my “size 5” rings are actually anywhere between 4.25 and 4.75 and just not accurately sized.

I am 5’4″ and I wear a 7.5 but my hands swell quite a bit during the summer (i live in TExas!) so I usually wear an 8 just in case.  Unfortunately I’m all palm, my fingers are kinda short 🙁  My mom says all the time I got my father’s rodeo hands

Height 5’6″, ring size 8.

My grandmother says I inherited her “Mohawk hands”, whatever that’s supposed to mean.

I’m 5’3″ and my ring is a 4.5, and it’s pretty loose, but not enough to go over my knuckle. Mr Vanity jokes that I saved him money because they had to tave some of the pave diamonds out of the band to keep the proportion right.
