An heirloom diamond ring that belonged to my grandmother on my right hand. The rest of my jewelry will be borrowed from my aunt.

my great-grandmother’s ring, which could also be my “something old” or “something blue”… it has a blue stone…. 🙂 It’ll be one or the other.

Btw, you can ‘borrow’ a bobby pin from a bridesmaid the day of if you can’t find anything.

I borrowed my godmother’s very old sixpence so I could wear it in my shoe.  Two birds, one stone.

and the bride wore a sixpence in her shoe

My mother in law’s first wedding ring. She said all her daughters borrowed it, I’d be no different.

I’ll be wearing my SO grandmothers engagement ring as my right hand ring the day of the wedding. She passed away before he was born.

I am borrowing it from his mother and aunt, who share the ring, one wears it for 6 months, then gives it to the other sister for 6 months. They both have asked me to wear it the day of the wedding.

My borrowed and old were the same thing – a piece of lace from my mom’s wedding dress pinned in the crinoline of mine 🙂
