Something Borrowed: My sister’s pearl & rhinestone fascinator

Something Blue: White satin undies with “Bride” stitched in blue ribbon on the back!

Old:  A diamond pendant my grandfather gave my grandma

New: Dress, etc

Borrowed: my mom’s veil, the button from her wedding dress

Blue: my shoes!

@lees4308 yes! My BFF works at VS and keeps getting me bridal stuff. lol. She says “Your wedding is making me broke!” but yes, the panties are from Victoria’s. (:

old: a photo of my baby sister that died on her first baby…four years ago

new: my dress of course

borrowed: a fab pair of diamond studs of my moms for my top earring hole in my ear

blue: I’m trying like hell to find these blue sexy little bride panties in my size on ebay…Victoria’s Secret doesn’t carry them anymore…I want them sooo bad!

Something Borrowed: My sisters pink rosary

Something Blue: San Diego Chargers Garter (the FI’s fave team. A little surprise for him when I find one)

Blue: shoes

New: dress, etc.

Borrowed: no clue yet.

Old:  Vintage brooch I found on Etsy

New: Dress, shoes

Borrowed:  Hopefully it will be my grandmother’s wedding band, worn like a charm on a thin gold bracelet (have to ask my mom to borrow)

Blue:  Prob undies  🙂

This might be a stupid question…  (every question that starts out with that disclaimer usually is actually stupid. This is is my disclaimer’s disclaimer)

 

But how do you go about the borrowed and even the old aspect? Do you ask? Do you wait for someone to volunteer an item?

MissACS: For the old stuff, sometimes your family members might have something that would work.  For the borrowed, my Mother-In-Law offered her jewelry to me but if people don’t offer, you could just ask them.
