my ring is away being resized and my finger feels lonely without it! So my stand in happens to be my first set.. what do you use as a stand in when you can’t where your wedding ring? Be it because you are traveling, getting it resized, serviced or just changing things up!

mrsmay07 : omg a black diamond!! Is there a special way to care for it? Like can you wash the dishes or clean with it? Do you have to get it serviced often? I was thinking about getting a black diamond band

blasian84 : It’s super low maintenance. I’ve never had any issues with it, it’s only about 2 years old though. I clean, shower, do dishes and swim with it on. I’m obsessed with black diamonds, you should totally get a black diamond band!
And thanks, I loved that manicure!

I’ve been wearing my claddagh when I can while I wait for my official e ring. This is a three band puzzle ring version in sterling silver and garnet, which I got on Etsy years ago shortly after I started dating my fiancé. It’s a riff on an Irish design, and the hand and direction you wear it indicates whether you’re single, in a relationship, engaged, or married.
