@Solis2013:  We have only been TTC since mid-March. I started off taking prenatals and calcium supplements (more for my health than a future child’s), but I added in B6 last month because I had an 11-day luteal phase. Fingers crossed that it will work!

I take prenatals and vitamin d. He takes a sperm boosting multivitamin as well.

Just prenatals here but not TTC yet, just charting to avoid. I’ll continue the prenatals once we start in June and try to eat healthier (more fruits and veggies!!!)

Also on top of doing your basal temping… you should also record what you see for CM, even if it is at a min just recording what you see left behind on your underwear. 🙂 I find it more reliable than opk’s (and obviously cheaper) once you get the hang of it.

I take a prenatal vitamin & an omega-3 every morning with breakfast. I also give Darling Husband a cocktail of vitamins whenever I remember (he’ll never do it himself): zinc, folic acid (I have extra, so why not), vitamin D & E.

If you’re going to be charting, have you considered using Fertilityfriend.com? It helps with analysis & a lot tidier than paper charts. Also, we stalk keep track of eachother & help with advice on the Charter’s Thread. 🙂

Vitamin Routine:

Prenatal and calcium (I don’t drink milk- so just trying to get some in)…. I took B6 this month to increase my luteal phase— BUT it delayed my O by several days- I got scared and quit and O’d quickly after.  I’m going to schedule a dr appt for “Preconception Councelling” in a few weeks b/c we’re not having any luck and I’m reading too much on the internet— and I need to hear what I SHOULD be supplementing with.

I also chart- and last month broke down and bought the VIP membership for fertilityfriend.  I watch CM- but also check with OPK’s— b/c my CM can be tricky to “read”.

I’ve been reading about the primrose and baby aspirin….. Going to ask the doctor about those also.  I also bought B complex— but haven’t taken it b/c I was scared to take stuff and “mess” with my cycle anymore.

Pretty simple here I take folic acid, iodene and 75mg aspirin daily. Darling Husband just takes a mens multi 🙂

My TTC vitamin routine was rainbow light prenatal and their DHA supplement and that’s it. At my annual my doctor suggested 1,000 mg of vitamin d3, she said pretty much everybody has a deficiency of vitamin d so it’s good to start taking before you get KU and baby starts taking even more vitamins from you. I didn’t start taking B6 until I got KU and needed it for morning sickness, I also added magnesium at that point for my muscle cramps.

I take prenatal with DHA and B6 everyday, evening primrose oil and Red raspberry leaf tea until O, all though I am not as diligent with remembering to drink the tea as I could be. I hadn’t heard about taking aspirin. What’s that supposed to do?

Prenatals, multivitamin, and iron pills (I have anemia so totally not normal for most people).

@Solis2013:  It’s so annoying to have to take them everyday, right? But I know that it’s good for me and future baby!

@Solis2013:  hmm maybe I will give that a shot! I am not having any luck so far. I started taking the extra supplements beyond prenatals as I have a 9 day LP so I am hoping to lengthen it. I am starting to suspect low progesterone as the culprit which i am sure is related to being on the BCP for so long, so I could definitely use some help getting my hormones regulated. I will look into that.

i also love using Fertility friend, and the charters thread. I find it very helpful!
