@mrs-evans:  Wow, we’re almost twins! I’m 5’4, currently at 164 and am looking to get to 140! Are you on MyFitnessPal by chance?

I’m 5’3″ and currently at 160lbs. My goal is to lose 30lbs by my wedding…which is in a little less than 6 months. I know it’s totally doable I just need to get my ass in gear and just do it! Lol

I’m also 5’4″!  I did Weight Watchers a couple of years ago and got down to 132 from 155, but that was just too small for my body…it doesn’t want to be that little!  I’m 145 right now and my goal is to tone up and slim down to a pattern size 12 (I sew; I’m a 14-16 in patterns now, which is an 8-10 in RTW clothing).  Basically, I’m more concerned with inches than pounds.

I’m hoping to do this mostly by exercise, but I’m also eating less sugar/junk food/alcohol.  Just started couch to 5K last week and it’s starting to become something I look forward to!  I also plan to add some weight lifting into my fitness routine.  Either with machines at my gym or at home with resistance cords.  I hate exercise, but love how it makes me feel in general.  I’m in such a better mood these days.

Since I started my weight loss in September, my goal has been 50-60 by the wedding (that’d be 10 months in) and maybe up to 70 total, but we’ll see. (I’m pretty tall, and had a quite a bit to lose!)

I’m almost at the 50 lbs mark and have 2 months til the wedding… I think I can definitely get in another 10 or 15 lbs!

I’m 5’5″ and currently 275, down from 312 at the start of the year. My ultimate goal is to be around 150-160, but if I can get under 200 by my wedding in June 2014 I will be a happy bee!

I’m 5’7″ and 166 pounds, it’s my plateau weight and I find it very hard to get the scales to move below this number.. currently I seem to be building muscle but staying at the same weight.

I would just like to fit my wedding dress a little better around the waist and back. I’ve got 5 whole months to do it … if by August I need a little extra assistance I’m going to find myself a dress maker to alter it.

@mrs-evans:  I am 5’3 and just under 120 pounds (10 pounds is in my boobs alone lol). I am doing Jillian Michaels in the AM and running 30 minutes in the PM and while I don’t care about weight in numbers so much, I would like to slim down, tone up, and trade some fat for muscle.

Looking to lose about 20 lbs. It isn’t my overall goal, but I’m not going crazy dieting either. Just working out regularly and trying to be mindful of what I eat. I don’t need to add any more stress on before the wedding!!

I’m 5″4 and have a fair bit to lose. I started my weightloss journey back in Feburary at 174pounds (79kg) and am currently down to 156 pounds (roughly 71kg). My goal weight however is to get to about 135 pounds (61kg). Im roughly half way and am definately finding trying to crack under the 70kg mark very hard and frustrating!! I have until october next year to reach it so still plenty of time.
