No, I always wonder this.  Never have managed to figure any out though.

Ha, no. But I think I just don’t spend much time on the boards. Perhaps if I knew some of the regular posters a bit better??

No, but I also don’t put any energy into trying to figure it out– they want their privacy, and I don’t really feel compelled to break that.

@daybyday:  no I never do figure it out– but I also don’t really lurk on the waiting or LDR threads, and that tends to be a big prerequisite to some if these undercover accounts.

I don’t try.  If someone goes to that trouble, they want their privacy, and I don’t feel like I need to know who they are so bad that I need to try to violate it.

There was one time when an anonybee accidentally posted a reply using her real account. That was the only time I figured it out.

Once, and I didn’t try to figure out, it was pretty apparent. It was a bee who went incognito to write about how she cheated on her Fiance.

Once. I could just tell by the way she typed and what she was talking about.

I went incognito once and I thought it may have been obvious.  I don’t mind admitting it now b/c the thing I posted about it long since over.

@daybyday:  I’ll PM you because I think posting details would give it away.

@Lemma:  Yeah, there’s been one or two of those that I can remember. I kind of giggled a bit when I realized, then felt slightly bad about it.

I don’t think I’ve ever really paid that much attention.
