Is that still the prelude or is that now the processional?
I’d like a different song for when the bridal party comes down and when I come around the corner).
I’m having a giant brain fart… what is that called?! ARG!

In my mind the prelude is sort of the “informal” processional when the parents and grandparents come down the aisle and take their seats. The processional starts with the bridal party. You can pretty much do whatever you want though, as long as everyone ends up where they’re supposed to be 🙂 I am changing songs between my bridal party and me walking down, I think that’s fairly common.

From what I’ve seen from bridal mags, it’s called the processional but I am changing songs as well (bridal party – Air on the G String by Bach… me – traditional here comes the bride). As as Kant mentioned, only thing that matters in the end is that you’re married!
