Bees, when did you know/feel that you are ‘ready’? Was is a process or was it a time/situation where you ‘just knew’?
Are you ever still unsure if you are truly ready? How do you deal with the fears/if you have any?

I knew we were ready when we were financially secure. We have been together for 7.5yrs, married for 3. Once we had a house, college paid off and did all of our traveling was when I felt ready. Now we have a 4 month old 🙂

i knew i was ready when my DHs cousin had announced her pregnancy and I cried, not out of jealousy, out of pure excitement and I went home and I was so thrilled and I thought about us having a baby. I didn’t bring it up to DH until months later, and during those months, I actually had pains in my womb everytime someone announced their pregnancy on FB. (Am I crazy ? does that make me crazy ? ) I mean DH and I had been together for quite some time, 10 years, married for 1 year when we started trying. The original plan was to be married for 2 years at least, but we only waited 1 year lol

Now, more than ever before, I am really excited about TTC at the start of 2017.
I really started to realize I was ready when I would start gushing at pregnant women and gushing at babies. Smiling, thinking of how happy I will be when that is me.
More recently, a lot of times we are out doing things, I think, “this would be fun if we had a baby…”. Hubs and I have lived a lot… we really are the life of the party and do whatever we please. We have a disposable income, upper 20s/early 30s and I am ready for the next step.
It is starting to be like a “been there done that type of thing”. For example, we have partied on the beach too many times to count… and now… I kinda want to build a sandcastle with our children… lol
