Not until after baby comes. We are Jewish and traditional and we dont bring items for the baby into the home until after it’s born. The room was painted a nice neutral color recently, so we’ll probably just clear it out of all the extra junk that’s in there to make room for the baby’s stuff. We’ll just set it up as we go/ as needed.

We just really got things into shape, 4 months after the girls were born. They were in our room to begin with, so we’ve just taken our time getting their room sorted

We cleared the baby’s room (which was formerly an office/spare bedroom) and set up the crib and dresser when I was around 26-27 weeks. I would have done it much sooner if I could have got Darling Husband on board but he didn’t see why we needed to hurry to get it done. Now that I’m 39 weeks pregnant and it seems like our nursery has been ready FOREVER, I can kind of see his point lol. It’s nice to have everything ready early though. It definitely helped me to sleep better at night knowing that it was done.

I’m 17w4d and I’m nursery planning obsessed! We have cleared out our old guest bedroom and are picking out paint! We have all the furniture picked out and we’ll order it next month since it takes awhile to ship. I have custom ordered all the crib bedding since it will take 8-10 weeks to make. I have even bought prints off Etsy! I can’t help myself. It’s so fun and I’d like it all organized and ready to go before 30 weeks. 🙂
