Prettysmile40 :  that’s good news! Hopefully the sprite continues to help a bit! Can’t blame you on the orange juice either. I love that stuff. I should probably have some brought home for me. 😀

Sounds bad, but my number one cure if I’m constipated, is a McDonalds cheeseburger. It’s like magic for me. One or two and my system totally resets itself, but not in a horrible way.

Around 18 weeks for me. I had about 6 weeks of feeling normal then I had pelvic and back pain. Weeks 6-14 I was throwing up twice daily and then it was a few of times a week for 4 weeks.

Prettysmile40 :  Not pregnant here, but any multi-vitamin makes me throw up if I don’t have it with a full meal! If I only have a piece of fruit or toast, I still throw up. Gummies are the only things I can eat without food, so you should try those or definitely have your prenatals with food. Might help the ‘stomach burning’ you mentioned!

I had bad “morning” sickness (seriously, what asshole came up with such a misleading name) until 22 ish weeks, but it slowly started to ease off starting around 18 weeks. I was still throwing up a couple times a week until about 32 weeks, but that was more because I developed a hair trigger gag reflex so just coughing would make me need to throw up. Now that I’m 39 weeks, I’m dealing with horrifically swollen feet and on/off constipation (milk of Magnesia was a life saver for that).  Basically, being pregnant is terrible all the way through but at least it’s worth it!!

Hope you feel better soon!!!

MrsChatham :  me too! I made it to 13 weeks with basically zero nausea. 13+1 I almost threw up first thing, then again about 13+5. Now at 17+2 and I’ve been sick 4 times, about once a week. Out of no where right when I get up, and no other nausea besides the first thing flash but I thought I was in the clear…

Prettysmile40 :  That’s what I’m telling myself anyway! I usually drink a soda once a week only pre pregnancy but if I don’t drink it I can’t even cook or do my errands so if it means I drink 1 to 2 cans of coke a day so i can cook a healthy dinner and get in the car to do what I need to, then that’s what it means. Just make sure you eat as healthy as you can otherwise. Plenty of protein and veggies!
