My wedding is the day before yours and this week is when I just started to panic! There’s still sooooooo much to do!

I started to feel the pressure of getting things done about 3 months before the wedding. I was working lots of over time on a big, politically sensitive project; caring for my terminally ill Grandfather and dealing with a lot of family drama; and planning the wedding (pretty much on my own because I’m a control freak). Even so, the wedding was the bright and happy spot in my life, so I was glad to have the distraction.

My wedding is in 15 days.. and I honeslty don’t feel panicked or stressed.. every once in a while it’ll hit me “Hoyl crap, it’s so soon!” But it doesn’t scare me or make me nervous. I’m ready, I feel like I’ve been ready since the day we got engaged. I think it helps A LOT to accomplish as much as possible early on, then give youself the last month to just relax. I’m literally twiddling my thumbs with nothing left to do besides wait for April 20th to get here. Although, as we get close the weather is making me anxious..

Getting married a week before you and started to really freak out around the six month mark!  It’s just getting worse… hopefully it won’t just continue until the  wedding date. Frown

@bretonvirgniia:  It comes and goes for me. Sometimes i’ll think things are going great, then i’ll start to think about all the little details and panic. We just combined checking accounts and afterword it kinda freaked me out…like now I don’t have my freedom to spend money without him knowing haha I’ve also had a lot going on in my life, so there are other stressors involved.

I actually just recently starting having little minor freakout thoughts about it. Nothing insane yet, just eeeeesh. So much to do. It doesn’t help we’re also trying to buy a house.

I just started to feel a little pressure (7 weeks out). EVERY ONE of my numerous DIY projects is 90% done. That’s a lot of unfinished shit.
