When did you start to notice your weight loss?

When I was losing weight, I saw the difference on a scale (20 pounds) but didn’t see it until my clothes fit differently and people were complimenting me – a few months after the weight loss.

I noticed the difference in inches before pounds, sometimes you’ll only lose a few pounds more and feel the same but see a bigger difference in measurements

When I dieted, I measured myself every month(bust,arms,waist,hips,thighs) and calculated my BMI.  Pictures didn’t really work for me because I would lose weight evenly all over, so never really looked much different until I was 3/4 to my goal.  I  rewarded myself at 5 and ten pound goals with non food rewards like a new nail polish.  I also set exercise goals.  For me, strength training produced the most profound changes in my body and I would highly recommend it.  You will lose inches and firm your body.
