(Closed) When did you take engagement pics?

I just met with my photographer a few days ago to put down the deposit and our wedding isn’t til Oct. 2010. (They book really fast so I had to jump on it)

I am not at the weight I want to be either… I was planning on telling my photographer that we didn’t want to take our E-pictures til at least Oct. of this year but while I spoke with them, they told me they would prefer that I wait til April 2010. Perfect! I have plenty of time to get into shape and the weather and flowers will be great at that time!

So between 6-8 months before the wedding seems standard for your E-pics.

We actually just took our engagement photos at a mall studio within weeks of being engaged. And I know what you’re thinking…the mall eek?!?! But no. They came out great and were super cheap which is money saved toward our wedding.

We just took ours last weekend. 7 1/2 months before wedding. We’re suppose to get them back tomorrow which I am very excited about!!
