I’m 22 days out from my wedding and I’m tempted to wrap my gifts for the bridal party, the only problem is…since there are also big robes in the gift bags do you think I need to worry about dust or anything getting in there between now and the wedding? Right now they’re on a hanger covered in plastic so they’re protected. But I may be overthinking this.
When did you wrap your bridal party gifts? Or if your wedding hasn’t happened yet when do you plan to?

@lovelyduckie: I wrapped my bridesmaid’s gifts in the week before our wedding day, and they ended up just fine. ๐

@lovelyduckie: I wrapped my gifts about 3 minutes before they showed up for a luncheon. ๐
I’d write the cards now rather than wrap the gifts– that takes waaaay longer.

@lovelyduckie: I would definitely go ahead and get it out of tthe way. I tried to wrap my BMs’ gifts when we were running late for the rehearsal. I didn’t have their gift bags that’s why I waited till the last minute to wrap them ๐

I haven’t wrapped yet but am planning to do them at least a few weeks ahead of time, just to get it out of the way. I gave one Bridesmaid or Best Man her gift early and writing her card took forever, so I’m definitely going to do those in advance.

I wrapped mine the morning of the rehearsal dinner before I had to give them out.

I didn’t “wrap” their gifts, as I got them from etsy & they came in a beautiful little gift box wrapped with twine.
But I think if you don’t have a ton of dust in your house (we do! tiny apartment with 2 animals), then I would go ahead & wrap them now.
It’s crazy how other things get in the way right before the wedding day.

I wrapped mine last week and my wedding is Oct. 6, so maybe 6-7 weeks ahead of time. I’m trying to get everything done now…

Do it ahead of time!!!! I was going to wrap my gifts on Friday, had NO time (didn’t even have enough time for a shower!), was going to do it Saturday, had NO time, and ended up giving them out unwrapped on Sunday. Learn from my mistakes ๐
