I had ridiculous fatigue before I even found out I was pregnant! Like, I couldn’t even walk up the stairs. This was about 5 days before I’d had a missed period. My legs and everything ached! And I just kept falling asleep on the sofa, lol.

Around 5 weeks the intense nausea started, and they both lasted until I was about 18 weeks. The fatigue tailed off a little around 15 weeks, and the nausea disappeared properly at about 19 weeks.

Now, at 35+3, the fatigue has returned. I can’t even walk around the shops anymore! I’m so glad I’ve started my maternity leave. I really hope you feel better soon! 🙂

My youngest is 4…. I’m still exhausted! I wasn’t able to take naps during my pregnancy and still maintained the same speed. I think after I gave birth I regained some back.

I turned the corner between 13-15 weeks.  Before that I was so dead tired I’d come home from work, take a nap, eat, and go to sleep.  I was lucky if I didn’t nod off a little at my desk after lunch.  All my tests have been fine, I was just exhausted.

Now I can do my normal routine without a problem.  I get tired easier, but I can still stay up late working on the house, etc.  We’ve been remodeling and I only took one nap in the past week.

newbabybee:  My energy came back briefly at about 16 weeks but then I started having dizziness and fatigue. Today, at almost 20 weeks, I can tell it’s starting to come back again.

almost 34w and still waiting lol. I think I had a stint after 20w where I felt a bit better (had MS up until 18w or so) but I dont think I ever really “got it back”. Pretty sure mine wont be at this point….crossing my fingers I get an energy boost for nesting in the next few weeks??…maybe….. please….

I just feel soooo exhausted all the time now though, but Im also sure part of it is just work beating me down. I’ve already checked out mentally so its like UGH just dragging on.

Mine “came back” around 19-20w but I’ll be honest my normal energy level never actually returned until after birth.  I had awful fatigue from 8w-16w and it eased after that…but never to my normal levels.  I fell asleep on the couch almost every night of my pregnancy.

I got energy back in the 2nd trimester and then it went away again in the 3rd.
