We got a bunch of stuff around the time I had my shower, but not much has moved lately for me either. I kind of assume a lot of people won’t bother with an actual gift and will just give cash at the wedding though.

We have the same date and I’ve only got a total of 7 gifts between 3 registries. My shower is Sunday. I’ve found the issue at Target is that they don’t always scan the registries, or it messes up when they do. I expect it’ll start up again on Saturday when people can go out and shop.

We got a hand ful of gifts in the 3 days leading up to the wedding (give at the event), but the vast majority of our registry gifts were purchased AFTER the wedding; I just noticed today someone else got something, and my brother just mentioned that he still hasn’t gotten around to picking something out.  Many people are late shoppers.

Our stuff started moving after shower invites went out.

I was wondering the same thing because one of my showers in in two weeks but no one has bought anything off the registry. I heard you can even tell the post office to hold items for when you are gone.
