We bustled mine in the lobby of our reception venue, riiight before our bridal party introduction. That’s also when I took off my veil and added a flower to my hair. 🙂

We bustled mine after the ceremony before we came back for cocktail hour.  I also took off my veil and put in my hairpiece.

We bustled my dress right before we were introduced into our reception. I wore my veil for most of the night. The tradition in my family is to have the Mother of the Bride takes it off about an hour before the end of the reception.

We did all portraits before the ceremony, so Maid/Matron of Honor bustled my dress shortly after the ceremony was over, before we entered cocktail hour.

That was one of those things I didn’t really think about beforehand…I went straight to the reception with my husband and we got some food and just started chatting with people, and as I was drifting around people started to step on my dress…I figured that was a good time to track down my mom and have her fix that for me…

I bustled right before the reception entrance. I kept my veil and my shoes on all night.

I plan to keep it down for all the pictures (or most of them at least until we switch locations). We will be doing those in between ceremony and reception.

I forgot it and once some ofthe dancing started it was a little too late and i ended up standing / tripping on it many times, then it was ripped when sitting at the head table as I got up and someone sitting in  a chair was on my dress !!! Yikes!! Had to carry on in the moment but I was sad

I bustled mine right before entering for the reception. I also changed out my veil for my tulle head piece.

I had the most complicated bustle too….thank goodness for color coding.
