we’re STILL doing the long distance thing, 8 months after the wedding.  So we aren’t getting that blissful newlywed time, we decided we would have another "newlywed" year the first year we actually live under the same roof.  (even if no one else considers us newlyweds)

Ha ha…we got a sign for our front door for our wedding that says "Just married in Newport, RI".  On our one year anniversary, I just crossed out the ‘Just’ and put it back on the door 🙂

We pretty much stopped calling ourselves newlyweds once we came home from the airport after our destination wedding. Hmm, now that I think about it, that sounds weird. Oh well. I guess we’re more prosaic than I thought.
