I think typically he’s there whilst guests are being seated, I could be wrong.

most traditionally he comes in after the guests are seated, but before the parents are seated. the officiant and groom usually just come from a side door at the front of the church, and therefore don’t require any particular music (just what’s playing during the seating of guests/parents).

Good post I was wondering the same thing. I mean I knew that he didn’t need a special song…all I knew is that he waited for the bride to come in..

I like it when the groom walks his mom (and dad) down the aisle first and then he’s there as everyone else comes in….by far the best part of every wedding is seeing the pure emotion on the groom when he’s up there alone waiting for his bride to come…it’s so cute!!!
