@mvc:  They should stock all their dresses year round. I think sleeves on Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses are just kind of rare these days!

@mvc:  Why not consider getting them to wear a jacket or shrug? Then they can have the warmth but also be able to remove it and you’ll be open to a lot more styles 🙂

@pengoala:  +1, I’d specifically try to find some designers that have Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses with sleeves that you like, and then see what bridal shops in your area carry that line, non-sleeveless Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses can definitely be tough!

 

You can always try looking at department storees for evening dresses too, might be a bit easier to get more options with sleeves.

Try and look for a bridal store that sells the dessy group. They have some dresses with short sleeves and cap sleeves.
