Occasionally I go back and check what was added into threads that I posted in. I’ll see that someone replied to the same idea that I brought up earlier and I feel bad. I’m thinking hey, I already brought this up, how come you didn’t see it. Anyone else feel this way sometimes?

I think it’s because when there are pages and pages of replies (or even just one lengthy page), I sometimes don’t read every single comment. I’m sure that’s what’s happening.

It happens all the time to me, but I know that sometimes people don’t read all the way through the post, they might just read the original post and maybe skim before answering. At least I think that is what happens. I wouldn’t feel too bad about it, it happens to us all 🙂

Sometimes… but then I remember how sometimes I don’t like reading through lots of replys and consider they probably didn’t either and then I’m over it. lol

@Pupperoni: Nah. I usually just assume the way the other person worded their response resonates more with the OP than what I said.

@SoonToBeeMrsD: Yeah, I just did it, too. I noticed that KatyElle had a good point.
I do have a tendency to skim though and KatyElle’s response stuck out for me.
To the OP, I wouldn’t take it personally.

@Pupperoni: Yes. But as
SoonToBeeMrsD said, I’m sure it happens to us all.

I agree completely that it’s not always possible to read all the replies. But it always makes me feel great when I’ve posted a response or advice, and then later, someone throws me an @ mention saying that they agree or that I’m right on. Of course, sometimes they throw me an @ mention saying they disagree, too. 🙂
