No you’re not overreacting at all.  I’d say email her now and just ask what the status was and ask if she has any pictures.  Make something up like, you just want to see the colors because you’re finalizing your linens and you want the colors to look right together.

I would contact her again and just tell her that you’re having “second thoughts” and would appreciate pictures to calm your nerves. You’re paying this person and no matter how busy they are, you have every right to see what you’re paying for! If she gives you an excuse, be blunt and tell her you need to see them to verify they are what you’re looking for.

Think of it this way, how mortified and flustered would you be if you didn’t say anything, received the flowers and they were nothing what you were looking for or described? I know if it were me heads would be rolling, and then finding someone who can make your dream a reality would be hard pressed this late in the game.
