The day before I had my mani peti and played around with makeup.

The day of, I think I had my hair done two hours before the ceremony? And I did everything else an hour before. Quick and easy, that was me! 🙂

Our ceremony was at 3 and I had to be ready by 2:30 for the limo, my hair and make-up was scheduled for 9:30 in the morning. That seemed really early to me, but in the end it worked out pretty well timewise because my bridal party (4) got their make-up done too and there was also a little mix-up with the flowers that caused a 30 minute detour in our morning.  I knew I’d rather be done early then stressing that we were running late- but we could’ve started an hour later and been ok.

I plan to have out ceremony at 4:30pm. I think I’d like to start hair and makeup around 10am – but I want to do some pictures before the ceremony so we’d need to be ready by around 2:30. I have always been of the opinion that earlier is better. I like to have at least 15 spare minutes every day getting ready, so I’d probably want at least an hour on my wedding day. Buffer time!
