During our First Look. BagPiper will already be at the park playing when Groom arrives

During our First Look. While Groom & I are holding hands & eyes closed, BagPiper will begin playing

Scenario 2 sounds best – a nice private moment. It seems like the most appropriate time, and you’d get to see him receive his surprise!

Just a thought – I’m not sure how large or small the ‘grooms room’ is, but bagpipes indoors are extremely loud, bordering on uncomfortable if the room is too small. And you wouldn’t get to see his reaction.

Jules725:  I love the second option. I also LOVE bagpipers – they are so beautiful and make me cry when I hear them.

There’s no option for “other” but I would do a slight change in #2. I would have you both open your eyes, see each other, be excited about each other (yay photos of you two seeing each other for the first time!), and THEN have the bag pipe player come over. That way it doesn’t detract from the very first time you see each other (he may be torn between looking at you and looking at the bag pipe player), but you can see him enjoy the bag piper (instead of the musician coming later when you’re gone). Would that work?
