With the date of your wedding you may only have the option of giving 2 weeks (max). I would make sure you get them out pronto. Because of your time constraint, you may want to add your contact information in order to receive your responses sooner. Just be sure to keep track of them all in a spreadsheet or something similiar.

Well when does your venue need the numbers by?  Or caterer?  That is what dictates when you should have your responses back.  I’d say, since you’re in a bit of a time constraint, I’d want them back a week before you need to give the final numbers.  That will give you time to hunt down the ones that fail to send you a response, which I’ve heard is inevitable.

How quick can you get them out? Since you usually have to pay two week in advance I would have a dealine of February 15th, one week to track people down who haven’t responded. If you can get them out next week that will give people two weeks to respond.

I would also say use February 15th for the same reason. You will have a few days to track down anyone who didn’t respond and still get numbers to your caterer 2 weeks out.

I think that sounds fine. The most important thing is just that you find out numbers.

Congratulations by the way! Lots of exciting things are coming up ๐Ÿ™‚
