@karmel:  can you make them and keep them in the fridge? or in a cool room?

if you do make them ahead of time, just keep them in a cool, dry place.

are these store bought and you are just putting a bunch of them in organza or are you making these treats at home?

@chickiebee I second this. Chocolate will last awhile if keep in cooler conditions. I say go for it. My decorations include real pumpkins, and I’ve already bought them and lacquered them. I just have them in my pantry.

I would make them the week of and refrigerate.  I am thinking of making oreo truffle balls and will make them the week of over a period of a couple of days… however, not sure if I have the fridge space for all 120 I plan to make.
