I bought my dress a few weeks ago (YAY!) but I was so wrapped up in the dress that I didn’t think about trying on different veils to see what I liked with the dress. So I’m wondering if I should make another appointment just to try on veils or wait until the dress comes in. It will probably arrive in June and the wedding is at the end of October. Is that too late?

That won’t be too late. I probably would order a veil somewhere else though, the ones at the bridal shops are ridiculously overpriced.

Come to think of it, I haven’t bought my veil yet. Would buying it at my first dress fitting be too late?

I bought my veil when I picked up my dress in early April for my June wedding. But it was a sample sale veil from the shop, so there was no ordering involved.

I’m planning to buy mine online. There are some perfectly nice ones (I don’t want any fancy beading or anything) for around $40.
I’d love to hear any advice from people who have bought theirs online. Good shops to buy from? Things to take into consideration?
