Dumb question, but…
Getting married in October, and I have some free time now to do wedding stuff (going back to work in July)…we are inviting about 170 people, but of course I don’t know how many will rsvp. Our rsvp date is 3 weeks before the wedding–do I wait to order the escort cards till then? How do people usually do this? Thanks.

I would go ahead and order them now and get it out of the way.
I added swarvorski crystals to mine so now would be a good time to DIY anything you want to add.
You can also get started writing cards for the guests you definitely know are coming and fill in the table # later.

Do you have a general idea of who may/may not be coming to the wedding? Are you planning on putting the names on the cards yourself? If you are, than you can order the cards now. If not, you obviously need to wait to see who is coming. The table assignments and escort cards were one of the very last things we did to accommodate not knowing the absolute numbers until a few days prior to the wedding.

We’re waiting till we have a final headcount. We plan on designing them soon, but won’t print them out till 3 weeks prior to the wedding. Good luck!
