Well Thanksgiving kicked my work out schedule in the butt!
I haven’t been since the monday before Thanksgiving.
I’m going to get back today or tomorrow. I’m sick, so it depends on how I feel.
Monday night. Have gym plans tonight, tomorrow and Friday.
Last night!!! I go to the gym about 5 days a week
Last week. I don’t really like gyms. I much prefer to run, do a video at home, or attend a kickboxing, dance, or barre class.
Last night! I love watching the biggest loser on the treadmill. Such motivation!
Monday. I’ve been terrible about it – maybe averaging once or twice a week.
I have a home gym, and I just finished a workout about an hour and a half ago (leg day)!
This morning! I did a master’s swim class- 2600 meters. I go every day except I take off a few Sundays each month.
This morning!! And I went yesterday too, but last week I didn;t go at all because of final papers and exams that were due. I try to go every day or every second day for about 1-1.5 hours. I hate getting up early and going, but once i’m there I am fine and once I’m done I love the feeling!
My goal is to lose around 25-30 pounds within the next 5-6 months (wedding is in 7) I’m 5’3 and currently at 150 and would like to be 120-125. Has anyone lost that much weigh in the amount of time?

Years. If there was a scent-free one I would probably at least consider it, but generally I prefer workouts that aren’t at the gym and the ones that I do enjoy at the gym aren’t very good for my overall health.
Monday night around 8… I’ll be there again tomorrow. This time of the year is so busy, who has time to go evey day?! 😉
