Unfortunately this isn’t our tech issue – it’s the hosting company (yep, Amazon) that’s having trouble – not weddingbee!

Also, keep in mind that sometims fixing what seems like a simple problem to everybody else can actually be a complicated issue in the code. Living with somebody who works with code day in and day out and works on a live online game I know the frustration he gets when the users get impatient and upset that it is taking longer to fix than they would like. I want it back to normal too. I understand that. But try to see it from the point of view that they are working their butts off to get this up and running like normal again and that could take some time.

Thanks for understanding all! It’s driving me super nuts too πŸ™ I just checked in with tech again! Hoping for a response but seeing as it’s Easter weekend I’m not surprised if I don’t get one πŸ™ Also, I’m fairly certain it’s not something we can do on our end, although I’m not 100% sure on that one. I’m around all this weekend to comiserate and I’ll check back in if/when I hear something!

Tech checked in—it’s still a problem related to Amazon and not something fixable on our end…
