Oh – that sounds so fun. I live far away from my family and my life long friends. Of course I have some local friends but I don’t expect any to throw a shower.
I hope you all share photos of your showers. They are a lot of fun – I love planning and attending them.
I am hoping the Thursday before the wedding to spend some time with close friends. I will be flying to the mainland and most of them will be flying or driving from out of town so I look forward to just hangin out.

My BFF/ Maid/Matron of Honor just told me tonight it’s April 14. So, now I am a lil stressed. I have to get a dress and add more to our registry (I’ve been a total slacker in the registry area). I can’t wait though- I love getting together with all my lady friends/family. They threw me an awesome baby shower 4 years ago, so I know this shin dig will be spectacular!

I have been told my shower is either April 28 or May 12. I work every other weekend and my ladies knew it haha. They gave me those dates as options and made sure I was free.
