Heyyy! I am 24. Wedding is next month (still can’t believe it is so close!!) We bought our house two years ago, so we don’t have anything changing when we get married (at least not physically, really). Just excited to get it over with and move on to renovating our house!

Hello All!

I am 22 and Fiance is 25, and we are gtting married next month! We currently live in AB but are getting married in BC so planning a wedding from out of province has been stressful to say the least! I used to be so good at eating right and staying active but I have been stress eating lately and the results are horrifying. Really need to step up my game in that department! We have a 2 year old son who is fricken amazing and I will be very happy to finally have the same last name as my family. Bonus: my maiden name is one I always have to spell out and people get it wrong all the time and his is easy peasy!

Right now I have a zoo living in my household with my brother and his gf in our basement as well as a friend and her 2 kiddos staying with us until they can find their own place. I am hoping by the time we come back from getting married that we are able to have our own place to ourselves, but we will see what the next month brings! 🙂 Glad to hear from you ladies and congrats all!

Justbrynne: Mine isn’t here either. They messed up and only sent me shakeology instead of the challenge pack. Tracking info says the new package should be here the 10th. Luckily my coach pushed back the challenge date for me and now we’re doing the full 60 days on the 14th.

Hi everyone! Congrats to all of you for your future/past wedding : ) I’m 23 and engaged since 4 months ago, the wedding will only be in 2 yrs probably because Fiance and I are long-distance for the time being! We just had our engagement session in the city where Fiance lives now and where he proposed : ) I can’t wait for the pics!!!!!

CarolinaPeach13: Asking for money from the parents is tricky I agree… I think the most difficult part is to bring up the subject!! I started by discussing with Fiance about our intended budget, and we thought it’d be nice if we could split it in 4 ways between him, me, my mom and his dad. I started talking to my mom about how Fiance and I were worried for money, told her about our estimated budget, and said I was planning on saving the money right now for my part. Then she said that she was willing to contribute as soon as her store is sold so that’s what I’m waiting for on my side. For Fiance, he easily has his part of the wedding covered already and he asked his dad about it, who said yes immediately (he is kinda well-off). So it’s mostly on my side that the financial struggles are aha… Anyways, I think the trick is to slowly introduce the subject bit by bit, conversation by conversation… and get to the point eventually ahah.

Hey! I am turning 22 this month and I have a hunch my Boyfriend or Best Friend and I will be engaged by the end of this year, maybe even this month! We have been in a long distance relationship for 3 years because we live in different countries. He still has a year left of university, whereas I just finished. I’m studying for the LSAT so that I can go to law school and spending way too much time on the Bee getting excited looking at all the rings. Hopefully I will have some ring photos to share in the near future! We aren’t sure if we want a smallish wedding (75-100 people) or just have a private ceremony/little after party with our immediate families and a few close friends. The private ceremony sounds so tempting (especially since either side would have a long way to travel depending on the wedding location), but we don’t want to look back and regret not having an actual wedding. Plus, we are catholic and we want to get married in the church. The wedding plans could go either way. Needless to say, we’ve talked about marriage so much, since long distance requires a little extra planning and communication and proposal opportunities are limited to the few times that we see each other each year. Anyone else thinking of having a private ceremony/celebration?

CarolinaPeach13: We do have similar stories! I am turning 22 on the 16th. As far as the LSAT goes, I would suggest getting the PowerScore Logic Games Bible and Logical Reasoning Bible and studying that before you get deep into the practice tests. I would say that you should study for at least three months, but more is obviously better. I’ve taken the LSAT before and I am re-taking it either this September or December. I am so excited to just be done with it!

CarolinaPeach13: No problem! : ) I think you are going the right direction by showing you planned ahead already and that you know how much it will cost you etc. You are right, it will probably help to give them the numbers I’m sure!! Give us some news when you do ask!

Hello! I just barely qualify for this topic; I turned 20 a month ago. This autumn, I will continue to work toward an education degree (I have about one year completed so far…that’s more than I could say last year!) – specifically, I want to teach middle school biology. I’m looking forward to attending the same school as DBF again. He’s just entering college, and will turn 19 a few weeks after he begins his studies.

Right now, I still consider myself a waiting Bee. DBF and I plan to get married one day, and he’s told me that he basically sees me as his fiancee. In fact, if we were both a few years older than we were when we got together two years ago, he probably would have proposed already. Our main fear is that our families will get upset due to our ages and their respective cultures. So for now, we wait.

While I don’t have a specific exercise program, I live in a very walkable part of town, so I do a lot of walking from place to place. More importantly, I started a food diary today…I eat way too much, and that needs to be fixed.

Hello all!!

I am 28 and my Fiance is 30. We got engaged this March on a Cruise. We have been dating for 5 years. Our wedding is next May and we are getting married in a barn. Wedding plans have been going great so far and I just purchased my dress!

My Fiance has two children (7 & 9) from a previous marriage and we would like to have one together.

We both work full time….on opposite shifts. So the time we get to spend together is always great.

We have small zoo at our house – 2 dogs, 4 cats and 2 geckos.

I am so excited to getting married to my love – I never throught this day would come!
