@Honey-Bee:  It’s from a shop in Marlborough, MA. Unfortunately, it’s one of those “private label” designers. Who knows what that means 🙂 I knew when I bought it that it could be a more cheaply made knock off but the quality was great, the price was great, and it was undoubtedly THE dress!! I haven’t seen anything that’s quiiiiite like it!

I wore a ball gown and I LOVED it! In fact, I keep telling my husband that I want to wear it again…

@DrMrsYu:  75?! What size is it? I’m pretty trim, but idk if I’m as tiny as you!

Lol, where did you get it? I could probably crisco myself into a 2 if I had to. Do you have anymore pics? It’s pretty low risk for me to buy, but I don’t want to it to end up taking up room in MY closet either! haha

I am actually a little confused by this thread.  While everyone has posted very lovely dresses, I am 100% positive that some are not ballgowns, but definitely A-lines. There’s nothing wrong with A-line gowns, and I find them very flattering, but I don’t understand why they are in this thread?

@Bazingau:  Does it matter? There is a such thing as an A-line ball gown. Not every ball gown is over the top poofy. If someone feels their dress is a ball gown and wants to post it, I don’t see why it should matter to you?
