@calisunshine3404: I was in the city too! Did a little shopping in the Gift Center on Branson (bought my Darling Husband a fabulous Oris watch for his birthday today). Then headed over to The House (AMAZING restaurant) for lunch (on Broadway). It was absolutely gorgeous. I wore a sleeveless dress and sandals all day, talk about crazy!
What were you up to in the city?

I’m from a very small town in southern WV. After college, I moved to Lynchburg, Virginia, and I was there for about 7 years. I moved back to my hometown because there were more teaching jobs here. My SO lives in Manassas, Virginia, so we’re doing the long distance thing.

@Treejewel19: No way, that is too funny! The House is SO good! Not to mention it’s 5 minutes away from one of my bff’s houses…what a small world! I’m going back to school at SF State so I had class, not quite as much fun as birthday shopping, but a sunny and warm day on campus in November is such a rarity, I can’t complain! What a lucky hubby…Fiance would kill for an Oris, but he’ll have to wait until I’m back to working FT! 🙂

@calisunshine3404: Bee date a The House! Seriously, it was amazing. Why do people not know about this place? I would kill for some lychee tea right now.
Were you in the city this weekend? I did the Mermaid Run on Sunday and it was beyond gorgeous! How crazy is this beautiful weather in November?
