Hey ladies!
I thought it might be fun to see where everyone had decided to tie the knot!
Post where you’re getting married and your favorite thing about it.
Russell and I are getting married at the Plano Centre, and my favorite thing about it is all of the trees lining the road up to the building, they light them for your wedding; and there is a beautiful fountain. It is going to be so pretty!!

The Homewood in Asheville….I love it because it has its own private valley to get married in, and a 2 1/2 minute aisle! The mansion is beautiful!

WOW!!! you have chosen some great locations!
We decided on Adelaide, South Australia. And pretty much everything else still needs to be figured out.
If we don’t have all the paperwork filed by May 18th, we’ll have to wait until August 2009 to be married in the American Embassy in Kuwait. We don’t spend much time in the States together, so there was no particular place we could decide on and we won’t be in the states together for more than 2 days until December 2009, so that kicks that whole 3 day wait thing in the $%%.
However, if we could pull it off I’d really opt for Terminal E in the Houston Airport, as it seems like the place we spend most of our time together.
Sometimes I wished we could have something a little more traditional. But I guess our weddings end up speaking a lot about us.
I am curious and envious to see the places others have selected.

@WorstTwin I love those Tulips!
@mizuno – Why not in a terminal? That would be such a neat story! Or would you have to buy plane tickets to go in the terminal? hehe

we will be in the terminal on the way to Australia, I guess we might have to buy a ticket for whoever does the wedding, can have random people as witnesses. fly to LA in wedding garb, wait for Australian plane (we have a week of great white shark diving planned for the supposed honeymoon) in LA by having our first wedding meal at In and Out Burger, as that would make the FH very happy and I will have worn a great dress, which will make me happy. BAM. and it;s done. only problem is getting the license. I suppose I could fly to Texas a few days before meeting him there, as he would be coming from Kuwait. We’d have to file some paperwork so I could pick it up without him.
Honestly, I’d love it to be in Terminal E!
