I got my shoes at Stuart Weitzmen on Rodeo.  They had lots and lots of choices and in almost every heel height.

 Would definitely check them out.

I’m thinking if Bloomies is outside of her budget, then Rodeo Drive would be, too.

I wound up buying mine on eBay. I had found the style that I liked and knew it had been sold in burgundy but could not find them anywhere. eBay to the rescue! And I got them for less than Zappos wanted for the other colors they were selling.

If you’ve got time and want a SUPER good deal, I’d check out TJ Maxx and Marshalls every so often.  They get incredible designer shoes there, but it can be hit and miss, so you have to check back often.  I’m wearing a pair of white satin Kenneth Cole Reaction mini peep toe pumps with a big bow on top.  They have a genuine leather sole, are super cute, and I got them for onl $7.00 on sale at Marshalls!  Yipee!

I loved them so much I ordered them and received them last week. I just love them.

I forgot to mention that on amazon the same shoes are on sale in white, really pretty… and silver!

They kind of meet your specifications… good luck!
