BB&B has been wonderful for us.  The registering process was easy, and we found so many things we really wanted there.  For the returns we had to make (some duplicate gifts and some things we just realized we don’t have room/need for in our new home) we got cash back as long as it was purchased from the registry.  Sometimes we got 20% less than the listed price, I guess because they could tell if someone use the coupon.  But, on the flip side for things we ended up buying on our own, we have a whole stack of 20% discount coupons.

We also did C&B and Amazon.

Crate & Barrel (mostly for the plates/silverware/glassware), Macy’s (mostly for linens and towels) and Amazon.com (because finding better prices/comparison shopping for things like kitchenware works really well on Amazon).

Now I have to explain to Fiance that we can’t do all that AND register for gift certificates on our honeymoon cruise website.

We already have a house and things to fill it… what we would love is a contribution to our honeymoon fund!

I heard a rumor that BB&B no longer does cash back for returns from the registry.  Does anyone know if that’s true?

We did BB&B, Sears and a small amount at Target.  However, we didn’t tell anyone really about Target but registered their as a back up because I know one of his family told us period she will not shop at BB&B or Sears.

We did Sears for mainly for tools.  BB&B for our household stuff.  Target has some of my bakeware

Williams & Sonoma and Bloomingdales. W&S were jerks to us when we exchanged some of our gifts. But it was probably just our location.

    Bloomie’s customer service was great.

We’ve started our Macy’s registry, and are planning C&B and Williams-Sonoma for the others…C&B has my cutlery and WS has my everyday dishes, otherwise I’d pick just 1 of the 2!
