Darling Husband and I stayed in the same hotel but in different rooms on different floors.

I had 2 adjoining rooms with 2 of my BMs and my sister.

He shared a room with his fraternity brother who was doing a reading (all his GMs had girlfriends/wives they were sharing rooms with).

I stayed at my parents house.  My parents, sister and Brother-In-Law stayed there as well.  The rehearsal party was at their house (IL’s picked up the tab though), so a lot of people stayed until quite late and it was really fun!  We got ready at home, my hair dresser and make-up artist came to us.

It was just what I always imagine and it was perfect and relaxing!

@MrsNeutrino: We picked the same hotel that all of our guests were staying in. We had a destination wedding and it was located directly between the ceremony and reception location (both walking distance away).

For our wedding night, we stayed at this hotel’s nicer sister hotel on the harbor.

I stayed with my MOH! We got pizza and wings and watched Rom-Coms while putting my hair in pin curls and painting our nails. It was so much fun ๐Ÿ™‚

I stayed at my parents’ house. Met the girls at the hair salon in the morning, and then the makeup artist came to us at the church where we got dressed and things. Staying at a hotel would have been super fun — I wish I’d been able to do that!

Our venue (http://www.grandislandmansion.com) is actually a hotel as well and the top two floors are suites. We have rented out the place on Thursday night for the rehearsal dinner and 30 of our closest family and friends, including the wedding party, will be staying the night.

The morning of the wedding the venue will provide us with breakfast and we get to lounge about all day. I am looking forward to it. ๐Ÿ™‚

We were weird and stayed at our own house together. We figured the entire point of the wedding was us coming together, so why fight being together? Plus, we couldn’t really afford to spend money on two hotel rooms after spending so much on the wedding itself.

We stayed together in our bridal suite the night before. We’re far from traditional so sleeping apart never even crossed my mind. Waking up with my almost husband on our wedding day was like the best feeling ever! We obviously got ready separately, though. He and his guys used his parents hotel room (on a different floor) as their “groomal” suite while my girls and I crammed into ours.

ETA: We got married at a resort so we stayed right there. It was sooooo nice not having to run around the day of. Besides breakfast with my mom earlier that morning, I didn’t leave the resort once. Hair and MU came to me so it was entirely stress free.

I am staying at home. I asked my mom to stay over too since she will be traveling from out of town. Groom will either be at his parents or at a hotelmwith friends… Probably a hotel. Night of the wedding we are staying at a hotel…where none of our guests will be ๐Ÿ™‚

We’re staying at a hotel in the French Quarter.  All of my bridesmaids and I will be getting ready together in the morning.

I am staying at my parents’ house, along with all my bridesmaids (most likely).  My parents live in Austin where my wedding is, but we don’t.  FI will probably stay with his family in a nearby hotel (his GMs are mostly his brothers) but maybe they’ll get a suite for just the Groomsmen
