I bought mine on eBay.. not the best quality but for $35 I can’t complain!!

There are a few that are similar to your idea on the David’s Bridal website for around $50-80.  Of course they have some that are quite a bit more expensive, & probably more in line with your choices above, too.  But here are a couple that are in the lower price range.

futuremrsJR:  You can buy some realy nice Double faced French satin ribbon. Go to a store that sells bridal fabrics or a store that makes hats. They sell the silk flowers and beaded appliques you will need.

Arrange the appliques till you get a look you like, take a pic with your phone, buy it all, take it to a seamstress to sew it on for you.

The ends of the sash can be left loose and tied in a bow, or you can finish the ends with velcro or hooks and eyes.
