What kind of template are you looking for?

Are you looking to print them yourself? Or are you looking for a site where you can use the site tools to design one?

@Sandy011: what size are you wanting?  and how do you plan on printing them?

Are you using something like Avery’s postcard paper (comes in small packs at Wal-Mart, Target, Staples, etc) or a kit?

If you want to go the Avery’s paper route, just get the paper you want (they’re already perforated) then download the template from the Avery website.

Or, you can design your own using Photoshop from scratch and use a papercutter to cut them out.

I did mine in Microsoft power point, figured out how I wanted it to look, and then had magnets printed through vistaprint.com.  I attached the magnets to a simple cardstock backing with photo corners.  The whole thing was super cheap.

I’ve also used weddingchicks.com for free monograms and whatnot.  This is the site for their free save the date templates: http://www.weddingchicks.com/freebies/save-the-dates/  All you do is fill out your info and it creates the image for you to print on whatever!
