You can get branches in a variety of colors along with strings of crystals at most craft stores. Put them in a pretty container with some weight so it doesn’t tip over and you should be good:)

You would have to get the branch thing and the crystal strings seperately and then hang the crystals on the branchs

those look like manzanita branches if you’re looking to buy online.  miss locket did a post about grapewood which looks similar but is pricier apparently.  i also like curly willow for a branchier look.  florists make centerpieces like these and i’m willing to bet bees sell similar versions in the classifieds.  or you can DIY.

I purchased manazita branches through bloomsandbranches.com.  They were relatively inexpensive and came within a few days!

You can also try http://www.save-on-crafts.com/branches2.html.  Great, cheap website.  the crystals are probably on the same site too, but not sure which category their in.  You might need to spraypaint the branches to get them the silver color like in the picture.  Good luck!

You’ll either have to make them yourself, buy them from a bride that made them, or pay a florist to make them. That’s a painted manzanita branch with crystals hanging off ot it. They can be bought a bunch of places online (the branches unpainted, that is) and sunk into either rocks or plaster to hold them upright.
