It’s lovely! For the script, a free font you could look into is Chopin Script (at dafont.com). Not exactly the same, but it’s still pretty and flowy. I’m not sure where to find graphics like the fleur de lis, though.

The graphic looks like a photoshop brush.  You could probably find it by googling “victorian photoshop brushes”.

I say that because somewhere, in my vast horde collection I have that. Or one so similar it isn’t funny!  🙂

@Evie19: You can inexpensive vector graphics at Vector Stock – they have a ton of those ornaments.

@CrystalBlackheart:   oh, completely forgot about vector images!  (Well, probably because I play in Photoshop WAY too much, lol).
