Both Mr. S and I got our bands on Etsy, and both were CRAZY affordable.

You may think I’m crazy, but we got a tungsten carbide band for my hubs on Ebay for a STEAL. It’s legit and we only paid about $25 [it shipped from somewhere in China]. The seller we got it from has since stopped selling, but if you poke around there you might be able to find a winner.

I don’t know about a band for you…I’d be more hesitant to look somwhere like ebay for anything with a little bling in it [since you don’t know how “real” it is]

believe it or not, I have heard nothing but good things about iweddingband.com

We almost ordered from them, but found ours in a local place one weekend. The prices are great though, and they have good customer service reviews!

My husband and I also got our bands off of etsy.  There’s some real pricey ones out there but you just have to look around for the best style/price and you can usually find some really good deals on there.

I was going to suggest Etsy as well, I live in NYC and my husband and I went to Flushing for our wedding bands. If you have a Chinatown where you live, I suggest going there as well. The prices are pretty amazing!

You can also try a department store.  A lot of times they have the real stuff for cheap and are usually running a sale. If you find one you like sign up on their website for deals and wait for a coupon 🙂

I got Fiance wedding band from Etsy also, here is their shop.

It was so much fun to make it too! I would recommend it to anyone!

And for my band, I had one of my Grandmas rings that we used the diamonds out of, and we got a great deal that way! Do you have anyone ring that you can do that too?? Or maybe even have the metal melted into a custom band that will fit with your ring…just an idea!

Go to a store and try some on, you don’t have to commit to buying one from that store (unless you find one you really like at the right price) but it’ll help you get an idea of what you like with your ring and what kind of metals work well.  Personally I didn’t like the cut out wedding bands but I know a lot of people who really like them so it’s really just a matter of preference and you’ll have to go and see for yourself.

You might also find a deal on etsy with someone who will make you a custom band to fit with your e-ring.

We’re actually going to be ordering our bands from Jcpenny. We both wanted plain 10k gold bands and they are the most affordable we’ve found.. and one of the few places that we’ve been able to find a 5mm for my Fiance. Both together will be 300 after rings, protection, and shipping so I think it’s pretty good… most jewelery stores wanted that JUST for his!

We got ours from Blue Nile, they have a very reputable reputation.
