sweetness09:  buy from wherever you want, as long as you love it that’s what matters. Check out etsy too, there are a lot of options at different price points.

I ended up going to macys but I had a million things saved on etsy. That is a great place to look!

The only jewelry I wore was earrings.  DH gave them to me as a gift.  I think he got them from BHLDN.  They weren’t under $50 when he got them, but I saw him in their clearance later and they were around $50.

This bracelet might be a good idea if you want something sentimental. Fiance bought me this custom bracelet of my grandmother’s handwriting off of Etsy to wear at our wedding.

ETA: the bracelets are about $30.

FI’s aunt took us to a jeweler she knew where I picked out everything except earrings. Then I had a different jeweler/jade craftsman custom make me jade earrings and a jade pendent to replace the one in my necklace. I wanted the jade in both to match so. Jewelry is kind of a big part for our ceremony and it doesn’t get placed on me till during the ceremony.

I’ve seen a lot of people posting inexpensive jewelry from etsy and it’s probably one of my favorite sites to widnow shop lol. I think there’s a lot of cute things on it tbh.

My ears are stretched, so my earrings came from Etsy. The flower pictured is what my bridesmaids wore in their hair. My bracelet was cheap, but pretty, and I got it from The Icing in the mall. The rest of my jewelry (everything amethyst/gold) is heirloom from my grandmother’s aunt’s jewelry store that closed in the early 1940s… so I’m not quite sure exactly how old they are but they are all 18k gold. I enjoyed wearing mixed metals.

I looked up lots of things on Etsy before our wedding, but ended up up wearing a mix of things I already had (my earrings and necklace) with things I bought specially for the wedding (a bracelet and my RHR) from local jewellery makers.

I have a mix of old and new jewelry.  I found Jewelry for my Bridesmaid or Best Man and Flower Girl at burlington coat factory.  They have  great peices for low prices!  I even bought a few pieces for myself for the Rehearsal Dinner and my shower.  I found a bracelet at TJMaxx and Im going to a jeweler for my earrings.  Ebay and amazon has nice things too but I am the type that need to hold something and see it in person first.

My mom raves about charming Charlie’s. There is also Claire’s, Icing, H&M.

What style do you like?
