We bought our dishes (for home, not the wedding) at Crate and Barrel.

For bulk purchases, I’d suggest Ikea.

cincilady2019 :  If you are comfortable with the china and silver set on each table matching, but every table being different, you can begin stalking garage and estate sales. It’s the most economical approach. If you want everything matching and new I’d check out restaurant supply stores.

China is super expensive unless mismatched is cool with you. Personally, I feel like China is a bit over the top for a barn setting. And expensive to replace when dropped. I’d do something thin and easy to replace like Corelle. In a plain white. Then make it pretty with chargers.

I like to be able to replace missing or broken plates from the same set easily. I hate it when they are a bunch of random mixtures. So as a solution to this, our every day plates, bowls, cups, glasses etc are white Ikea sets. Corelle sets are good too.
